Watch all 8 videos here:Koh Chang (เกาะช้าง) - Koh Chang is a beautiful jungle island in the Trat province of Thailand. It’s quite close to the mainland, and it’s a big enough island where you can take your car across the ferry to the island so that you can drive there. This was my first time to visit Koh Chang. I really wanted to explore the eastern side of the island, which is less visited and less developed to check out some food and fishing villages.Kai Bae Beach - We started off at Kai Bae Beach.Nong Anat Khao Gaeng (น้องอานัสข้าวแกงปักษ์ใต้) - This street food stall sells amazing southern Thai food curries, and this is where we first stopped for breakfast.Beef dry curry (คั่วกลิ้งเนื้อ)Beef soup (ซุปเนื้อ)Dried fried fish (ปลาแดดเดียวทอด)Total price - 190 THB ($$6.08)The Coffee Home - Coffee wasn’t very good, but the scenery was great.Americano - 60 THB ($1.92)Coconut Organic Garden - This place is a must stop in Koh Chang. He’s such a friendly passionate man, who takes pride in his fruit, and he’ll serve you an amazing coconut shake.Total price - 100 THB ($3.20)Salak Khok (ชุมชนบ้านสลักคอก) - This is one of the few remaining traditional Koh Chang island fishing villages, and it’s a great place to see local life and take a walk.Sakak Khok Seafood (สลักคอกซีฟู้ด) - One of the ways you can support the fishing community is by eating at the seafood restaurant. Even though it was quiet when we went there, the food was amazing, and it was so relaxing. Our bill was a bit expensive, but over half of it was because of the mantis shrimp.Fried mantis shrimp (กั้งทอดกระเทียม)Dried fried cuttlefish (ปลาหมึกแดดเดียว)Shrimp salad (กุ้งพล่า)Prik kleua (พริกเกลือ)Total price - 1,760 THB ($56.29)Long Beach (หาดทรายยาว) - This is a beach at the end of Koh Chang. Overall, I wasn’t that impressed.Salak Phet (อ่าวสลักเพชร) - At the end the day we headed to Salak Phet, another village and bay. First we walked on the boardwalk over the mangroves - views were pretty fantastic, but it wasn’t in great shape. I still enjoyed it.Krua Saeng Arun (ครัวแสงอรุณ) - Final end to the day we had another seafood restaurant, this time, it was alright, but not very good.Crab cakes (หอยจ้อปู)Mullet sour soup (ต้มส้มปลากระบอก)Scallops (หอยเซลล์ผัดฉ่า)Total price - 740 THB ($24.67)Hope this Koh Chang (เกาะช้าง) food and travel guide will give you some ideas for your trip. JUICY KING SALMON BELLY and Japanese Hawaii Food at Maguro Brothers in Honolulu, Hawaii!

JUICY KING SALMON BELLY and Japanese Hawaii Food at Maguro Brothers in Honolulu, Hawaii!

Maguro Brothers is an amazing little Japanese Hawaii seafood restaurant.\n►SUBSCRIBE for 2 new videos per week: http://bit.ly/MarkWiensSubscribe\n►T-shirts available now: https://migrationology.com/store/\n\nMaguro Brothers Hawaii - On my latest trip to Hawaii, some of my relatives had told me about Maguro Brothers, a small stall at the back of the market in Chinatown. It sounded like exactly the type of place I need to go. So one day we drove down for lunch. Immediately I loved the atmosphere of the market.\n\nThey have a short but everything you need menu, and most dishes are on the Japanese food side - with donburi bowls, and they also have some Hawaiian style poke. But as I found out, even their poke is more Japanese style, and amazing. \n\nChu-toro donburi with uni - First dish I tried was the chu-toro donburi with uni. Chu-toro is the medium fatty tuna with sea urchin on the side. It was as fresh as possible, and absolutely delicious.\n\nGrilled king salmon belly - Next I couldn’t resist the grilled king salmon belly which was magically fatty and bursting with fatty juices. It was so good.\n\nHawaiian limu poke - Finally, I also couldn’t resist a tub of Hawaiian limu poke, my personal favorite style of poke - cubes of ahi (tuna) with limu, which is a type of sea algae that has an amazing crisp texture. Their poke was insanely delicious. \n\nTotal price - $44.93 (Ying also had miso salmon, not included in video)\n\nMaguro Brothers Hawaii in Chinatown, Honolulu, Hawaii, is well worth seeking out when you’re in Honolulu. Not only is the food top quality, but the service is friendly, and you’ll love the market dining environment.\n\nMUSIC: Lazy Day - https://goo.gl/HwVjdo\n\n***CAMERA GEAR*** I used to make this video (these are affiliate links):\nMain camera: http://amzn.to/2sV0XQO\nMain lens: http://amzn.to/2szLZNf\n2nd lens: http://amzn.to/2EjBeEg\nMicrophone: http://amzn.to/2rBKD3z\nDrone: http://amzn.to/2CrtAHz\n\nI would love to connect with you!\n\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/migrationology\nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/migrationology\n\nT-shirts available now: https://migrationology.com/store/\n\nThank you for watching!

Thai Chinese Food Tour in ENDANGERED CHINATOWN Community in Bangkok, Thailand!

►Check out Michael at Bangkok Vanguards: http://bangkokvanguards.com/\n►SUBSCRIBE for 2 new videos per week: http://bit.ly/MarkWiensSubscribe\n►T-shirts available now: https://migrationology.com/store/\n\nCharoen Chai Community (ชุมชนเจริญไชย เยาราช), Bangkok, Thailand.\n\nI’ve known Michael from Bangkok Vanguards (http://bangkokvanguards.com/) for a number of years, and he’s a great guy. So we met up to hang out, eat, and explore and talk about a little more serious subject - the endangered Charoen Chai Community (ชุมชนเจริญไชย เยาราช) in Bangkok’s Yaowarat, Chinatown.\n\nBefore exploring the neighborhood though, we stopped of course to eat some nearby Thai street food.\n\nJay Eng (ร้านเจ๊เอ็ง) - Kuay teow lawd boran (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวหลอดโบราณ) is what this famous street sells. It’s an ok dish, not my absolute favorite, but it’s not a common dish to find in Bangkok either - this old type of style - it’s well worth trying out. Their fried fish cakes (ทอดมันปลา) are awesome.\nPrice - 35 THB ($1.07) per plate \n\nSatay (สะเต๊ะ) - Next just down the road, and it actually has the same owner, we had some pretty fantastic satay. I especially enjoyed the liver.\nTotal price - 220 THB ($6.74)\n\nCharoen Chai Community (ชุมชนเจริญไชย เยาราช) - What we really came to explore was Bangkok’s Charoen Chai Community (ชุมชนเจริญไชย เยาราช). This community is threatened by development. Now, Michael and I both know how development is a good and necessary part of any city, however it’s also good to preserve amazing living pieces of history. This community is one of the last Thai Chinese communities in Bangkok that has remained almost the same for a hundred years.\n\nKhao Tom Jay Suay (ข้าวต้มเจ๊สวย) - For dinner we headed to one of the best Thai Chinese street food restaurant right across the street from the community - right next to the community. It had been a few years since I’d eaten there and the food was as good as I had remembered.\n\nAsian date mussels (หอยกะพงผัดต้นหอม)\nStink beans with shrimp (ผัดเผ็ดสะตอกุ้ง)\nDaylilies with crispy pork (ผัดดอกไม้จีนสดหมูกรอบ)\nSilver barb, pickled mustard greens (ปลาตะเพียบต้มเกี่ยมฉ่าย)\nSoup with pickled plum (แกงจืดบ๋วยหมูสับ)\n\nTotal price - 450 THB ($13.78)\n\nBig thanks to Michael for hanging out and walking around! He offers some very unique and off the beaten path tours of Bangkok which you can check out here: http://bangkokvanguards.com/\n\nThank you for watching this Thai Chinese food tour of Charoen Chai Community (ชุมชนเจริญไชย เยาราช)!\n\nMUSIC: Copy Cops - https://goo.gl/HwVjdo\n\n***CAMERA GEAR*** I used to make this video (these are affiliate links):\nMain camera: http://amzn.to/2sV0XQO\nMain lens: http://amzn.to/2szLZNf\n2nd lens: http://amzn.to/2EjBeEg\nMicrophone: http://amzn.to/2rBKD3z\nDrone: http://amzn.to/2CrtAHz\n\nI would love to connect with you!\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/migrationology\nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/migrationology\n\nT-shirts available now: https://migrationology.com/store/

We’re going for a full on Mexican street food tour outside of Oaxaca, Mexico, and discovering the most incredible SUPER FAST Mexican Ice cream NINJA, with the fastest skills, kind of like the Super Human Ice Cream Ninja of Mexico, along with amazing MONSTER BBQ Chicken with spicy salsa as well of DELICIOUS roast Lamb Barbacoa! ALL of the Best Mexican Street Food! We were really lucky to eat and try this and also to see the fast workers with GOD LEVEL skill make the ice cream afterwards!\n\nIn this street food tour vlog, we travel outside of Oaxaca city to Zachilla, to eat and try the best street food in Mexico and taste the world famous lamb barbacoa inside soft spicy tacos, as well as the most beautiful spicy BEST BBQ Chicken with tons of amazing spicy salsa. It was truly the best barbecue chicken! This was such a big adventure to go out and eat these amazing Mexican street foods.\n\nThe Best Street Food we found, was definitely the Mexican ice cream, which was made by the most amazing man, the Ice cream NINJA of Mexico! The ice cream was hand made and made so fast with amazing skills, EXTREMELY fast! \n\nYou can watch our whole Mexican street food playlist here:\n\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dHnqNOvDi44&list=PL903FZ5cNRa3m9fJD4DANjuJSS6z1f20R\n\nThe first thing we found in the local street food market outside of Oaxaca, Mexico, was the famous whole lamb barbacoa, it was incredibly juicy, soft, and covered with a slightly spicy chili sauce and served wrapped up in a tortilla with lots of delicious salsa and guacamole. This is the beauty of Mexican street food, the amazing spicy and variation of dishes you can try in the local farmers markets like this one outside of Oaxaca, Mexico. All of the Mexican cuisine makes your mouth come alive , especially when you get to watch the cooking, in the outdoor kitchen AKA the street!\n\nAfter that amazing Mexican barbacoa tacos, we continued exploring the farmers market and found some delicious BBQ Chicken! It was truly MONSTER sized, flavoured with adobado sauce and lots of different spicy salsa. Watching it covered in the adobado marinade and sizzling on the grill was truly amazing! The smell combined with the juices bursting out of the meat was life changing! This is the true beauty of Mexican food, the spice, the atmosphere, and the variety of tons of street foods to try in Mexico!\n\nAfter this, we found some world famous Mexican milk ice cream, known as Nieves, famous from Oaxaca. There were so many amazing flavours to try, but we went for the classic burnt milk flavour with “tuna”, also known as the fruit from the prickly pear cactus. This combo was very delicious and worth a try for sure! The most amazing thing about this was watching how fast they made the ice cream, with super human skill. They were truly fast workers, with GOD LEVEL skill! They were some of the fastest workers I’ve ever seen! It was hand made ice cream and in order to freeze it, they had to spin the tub really fast. Watching them make it was amazing! The workers here at the ice cream shop had super human skill, spinning it so fast with incredible speed and precision! This was GOD LEVEL skill! It was so fun to watch!\n\nThe address for this farmers market is just a few KM outside of Oaxaca. It is in the town of Zachilla, which hosts the market every Thursday.\n\nABOUT THE FOOD RANGER \n\nMy name is Trevor James and I'm a hungry traveler and Mandarin learner that's currently living in Chengdu, Szechuan, China, eating up as much delicious street food as I can . A very UNIQUE dish!\n\nAfter exploring the market, we visit Guangzhou's most famous Dim Sum restaurant, the Guangzhou Jiujia AKA Guangzhou Restaurant, a heritage restaurant in Guangzhou that serves up some amazing dim sum! We ordered the Har Gao shrimp dumplings, Siu Mai pork dumplings, Cha sui bao BBQ pork buns, and the FengZhua steamed Chicken feet. These 4 dim sum dishes are the classic combo I always like to order at dim sum restaurants in China.\n\nAfter the delicious dim sum at Guangzhou Jiujia, we went to try a famous street food in Guangzhou, China, the Niuza, AKA Beef organ stew. This was rich, strong, and hearty beef organ stew that was surprisingly very delicious!\n\nTo finish off the day in Guangzhou, we visited a night street food area and found a Bozaifan restaurant serving up a huge selection of different varieties of claypot rice. I ordered up the classic lap mei fan, a claypot served with a few different types of Cantonese sausage. It was amazingly delicious!\n\nHere are the addresses for these street food locations:\n\n1) Amazing Duck Egg Noodles - \nName: 自造竹升面 - \nAddress: 前进大街17号\n\n2) Huge Chinese Street Food Market in Guangzhou - \nAddress: 前进市场 423 同福中路\n\n3) Delicious Dim Sum at the Guangzhou Restaurant \nName: Guangzhou Jiujia - 广州酒家\nAddress: 文昌南路2号\n\n4) Awesome Beef Organ Stew \nName: 肥佬牛杂 Feilao NiuZa \nAddress: 庙前直街12号(东山区少年宫对面)\n\n5) Delicious Claypot Rice with Cantonese sausage\nName: 铭泰煲仔饭 Mingtai BoZai Fan\nAddress: 陆居路8号立白中心旁\n\nABOUT THE FOOD RANGER \n\nMy name is Trevor James and I'm a hungry traveler and Mandarin learner that's currently living in Chengdu, Szechuan, China, eating up as much delicious street food as I can .
