This was an incredible day of street food in Ghana!►Check out Jay: https://www.instagram.com/mukasechic/►SUBSCRIBE for 2 new videos per week: http://bit.ly/MarkWiensSubscribe►T-shirts and caps available now: https://migrationology.com/store/Jay (Mukase Chic) is an amazing woman, so positive and talented, and so much fun to hang out with and eat with! She’s a food personality, a chef, a restauranteur, a blogger - she’s incredible. Check out her Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/mukasechic/) and YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8y8uGewOe2NAuNQALV_uaw). Anyway, so Jay took me an ultimate street food tour in Accra, here’s all the amazing food we ate:Red red (bean stew) and plantain - This was the first stop, a small stall that Jay has been eating at for years. They fry plantain, and then serve the plantain along with beans stewed in palm nut oil, and combine it with gari, which are cassava flakes. The result, is a filling and very satisfying combination of sweet and tangy plantains with salty oily beans. What’s key as Jay explained to me is the palm nut oil, which provides so much oil and fragrance. It was delicious, and a perfect way to begin this Ghanaian street food tour in Accra!Total price - 4 GHC ($0.90)Nima Market - Next we caught a taxi to Nima Market, known for its spices. We tried everything we could find, which was quite a lot of snacks here and there. The market was fantastic to walk around, full of action and energy.Coconut toffeeTigernuts - 1 GHC ($0.20)Masa - 1 GHC ($0.20)Zowey (adaakwa) - 1 GHC ($0.20)Kulikuli - 1 GHC ($0.20)Boiled egg - 1 GHC ($0.20)Fried cheese - 1 GHC ($0.20)Burkina - 3 GHC ($0.70)Bofrot - 1 GHC ($0.20)Peace Chop Bar (Chop Bar - Local Ghanaian restaurant) - Finally, to end this street food tour of Ghana in Accra, we stopped back at the chop bar that we had visited earlier in the morning. Seeing the cooking was sensational, it only made me hungrier for lunch. By the time we arrived back, they had already sold out of a few dishes, but there was still plenty enough to choose from. I tried the banku with goat meat, and it was fantastic.Total price - 36 GHC ($7.90)This was an incredible day of eating street food in Accra. Japanese Street Food - GIANT MUSSELS - We found some of the BEST street food in Japan in Nishiki Market in Kyoto, Japan! Join us today for a HUGE street food tour of some of the most delicious Japanese street food in Kyoto!Today, I'm (Trevor James, The Food Ranger) taking you on a huge street food tour of Kyoto, trying a bunch of delicious street food and seafood of both the Nishiki market in Kyoto, Japan, and also the streets of Kyoto to taste a bunch of different delicacies. In Kyoto, Japan, there is a bunch of different street foods to try. It's quite a small town but there is a lot to eat, and much much more than regular Japanese sushi and sashimi!First, we are going to the Nishiki market, where we try some delicious seafood like Giant Mussels, amazing Tuna and Salmon sashimi, tasty raw uni sea urchin and oysters, takoyaki octopus and also some okonomiyaki Japanese pancakes. You could spend a lifetime trying all the different snacks and ramen restaurants around this street food market. We wanted to try a little more Japanese cuisine outside of the market, so we kept Foodrangin' for more and found the most delicious fried tempura of your dreams. It was perfectly crispy and yet succulent and soft too. The shrimp was springy and fresh, and the eel was so flavourful! After the delicious Japanese tempura, we went for some delicious Sushi. It was one of those famous conveyor belt sushi restaurants, and to be honest, it was not the most amazing sushi in Japan, but it was still a fun experience. We tried salmon nigiri, raw tuna nigiri, uni sea urchin, otoro fatty tuna belly, and more, like raw squid nigiri and a few other cuts of fish as well.To finish off the day, we went for an amazing bowl of Japanese ramen. It was shoyu ramen made from pork bones and a rich soy sauce. There was nice and fatty slices of pork and tons of delicious and springy noodles along with fried gyoza Japanese dumplings as well!It was some of the BEST Japanese street food in Japan! Everything we tried was delicious! Here are the addresses for all of these amazing Japanese street foods:1) Giant Mussels, Seafood, Takoyaki, and Okonomiyaki - Nishiki Market2) Incredibly soft and flavourful Japanese Tempura -Tendon Makino Kyoto Teramachi3) Conveyor belt sushi and sashimi with tons of different cuts of Japanese seafood - Sushi No Musashi4) Amazing Japanese Shoyu Ramen - Kyoto Takabashi Honke Daiichi AsahiABOUT THE FOOD RANGER-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------My name is Trevor James and I'm a hungry traveler and Mandarin learner that's currently living in Chengdu, Szechuan, China, eating up as much delicious .I enjoy tasting and documenting as many dishes as I can and I'm going to make videos for YOU along the way! Most unbelievable Thai street food in Bangkok!\n►Watch GIANT Tom Yum: https://youtu.be/4eZbr5qDxio\n►SUBSCRIBE for 2 new videos per week: http://bit.ly/MarkWiensSubscribe\n►T-shirts and caps available now: https://migrationology.com/store/\n\nTalad Rot Fai (ตลาดนัดรถไฟ), also known as the Train night market in Bangkok, or Talad Rot Fai in Thai, is one of the most popular night markets in Bangkok - this branch located at Ratchada. Here’s a map link: https://goo.gl/maps/EVKBg2ws46t\n\nBy the way, this is Part 2 of this Night Market Thai street food tour. You can watch the gigantic tom yum challenge here: https://youtu.be/4eZbr5qDxio\n\nThe market is known for its unique Thai street food, some of the snacks and dishes which are invented there and you won’t find anywhere else in Bangkok.\n\nLaeng Saeb (เล้งแซ่บ) at Diaw Maekhlong Restaurant (ร้านเตี๋ยวแม่กลอง) - Laeng saeb, a dish of pork bones and ridiculous amounts of green chilies is one of the most popular Thai street food inventions at Talad Rot Fai, and this is mainly what I came to eat. The restaurant is located at the back of the market, and they have a few different sizes you can choose from.\n\nXXL Laeng Saeb (เล้งแซ่บ) - Price - 599 THB ($18.96) - We went straight for the XXL size, a massive platter of pork bones, soup, insane amounts of green chilies and the soup broth. Of all the Thai street food I’ve eaten, this is one of the most unbelievable and insanely giant street foods of Thailand I’ve ever seen or eaten. Although it’s way more than I ever care to eat again in one sitting, it’s actually a really good dish.\n\nCrispy butter (เนยกรอบ) - 35 THB ($1.11)\nStir fried ice cream (ไอติมผัด) - 69 THB ($2.18)\nCoconut shake (น้ำมะพร้าวปั่น) - 35 THB ($1.11)\n\nAnd that completed this Thai street food night market tour of Talad Rot Fai. It’s well worth a visit, and you can of course, order smaller sizes of laeng saeb when you’re in Bangkok. Enjoy!\n\nMUSIC: https://goo.gl/HwVjdo\n\n***CAMERA GEAR*** I used to make this video (these are affiliate links):\nMain camera: http://amzn.to/2sV0XQO\nMain lens: http://amzn.to/2szLZNf\n2nd lens: http://amzn.to/2EjBeEg\nMicrophone: http://amzn.to/2rBKD3z\nDrone: http://amzn.to/2CrtAHz\n\nI would love to connect with you!\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/migrationology\nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/migrationology\n\nT-shirts available now: https://migrationology.com/store/

Kathi Rolls, Biryani, and Ragulla sweets are some dishes that Kolkata is known for. In India, biryani is prepared in different ways according to region and Kolkata is no exception.
