The Audi's packing a 4-litre twin-turbo with the ability to put down 600hp & 800Nm of torque! As you might expect though, it's pretty heavy, weighing in at 2,075kg. As for Yianni's Urus? Well under the bonnet you'll find the exact same 4-litre twin-turbo V8 as in the RS6, however it's been tuned to deliver 650hp & 850Nm! It does weigh a bit more though, coming in at 2,199kg. So how do you think this one will play out? We all know Yianni's the king of reaction times (sorry Mat 😬) but will the extra weight work against him?! There's only one way to find out... We’ve also brought in a BMW M2, a Porsche Cayman GTS and a Golf R for this epic drag race! Right then, let’s look at the stats. Starting with the new RS3, it’s powered by a 2.5-litre turbocharged 5 cylinder that puts out 400hp & 500Nm of torque. Alongside it, we have the A45, with a 2-litre turbocharged 4 cylinder that produces 420hp & 500Nm. It’s heavier than the RS3 though, weighing in at 1,625kg compared to the Audi’s 1,570kg! Next up we have two rear-wheel-drive cars - the BMW M2 and the Cayman GTS. Under the Bimmer’s bonnet, you’ll find a 3-litre twin-turbo straight-six that puts down 410hp & 550Nm. As for the Porsche, it’s powered by a glorious 4-litre flat-six engine that delivers 400hp & 420Nm. It’s also the lightest car here, weighing in at 1,480kg… However, it’s also the only manual in this line-up!!Then finally we have the Golf, with a 2-litre turbocharged 4 cylinder that puts out 320hp & 420Nm. It weighs in at 1,550kg, and it’s the cheapest car here, setting you back £40,000. Will it be a walkover for the Audi? We’ve got a 1600hp Nissan GT-R going head-to-head with a 1200hp Audi R8 & a 1,100hp McLaren 720S… And trust us, it’s absolutely EPIC! So let’s run through the stats. First up we’ve got Mat in the GT-R, which would normally have a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6… But it’s had a full engine rebuild and it’s now packing a 4.1-litre twin-turbo V6 which delivers a humungous 1,600hp & 1,500Nm!! It also rolls up with AWD and weighs in at 1,750kg. Next up we have Auto Torque’s Audi R8. Yianni’s in it, and he’s looking forward to feeling its 5.2-litre NA V10 in action once again! And it’s no surprise, given it delivers 1200hp & 930Nm of torque! It’s also slightly lighter than the GT-R, at 1,650kg.Then finally we have the 720S. Of course, it’s been tuned, so its 4-litre twin-turbo V8 now delivers 1,100hp and 950Nm. It’s easily the lightest car here, at 1,400kg, but it’s got one big disadvantage - it’s only RWD! It's wild that Audi was able to condense a one year build process from the drawing boards to reality in only four weeks! The all-electric Hoonitron is essentially a fully modernized version of one of my favorite race cars, the legendary Group B Audi Sport Quattro S1 E2, so I'm extremely excited for this. Mat’s in the Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, and he’s lining up against a Lamborghini Urus, a Jeep Trackhawk, a BMW X6M and a Tesla Model X!! It’ll come as no surprise to any of you that the stats are absolutely wild! Starting with the Porsche, it’s powered by a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 that can deliver 640hp & 850Nm of torque. The Lambo alongside it is mighty similar, with the same size engine deliver 650hp & 850Nm of torque. Then we come to the Trackhawk, which easily has the largest engine in the line-up - a 6.2-litre supercharged V8 which puts out 707hp & 875Nm of torque! It’s one of the heaviest cars here, though, weighing in over 2.4 tonnes! Finally, we have the BMW & the Tesla. Under the X6M’s bonnet, you’ll find a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 which can produce 625hp & 750Nm, while the dual electric motors in the Model X producing power that eclipses the field, putting out 780hp & 1,140Nm. Surely this has to be our greatest SUV drag race ever, right?!
