One of the best things to do in Luang Prabang is visit Kuang Si Waterfalls, a gorgeous jungle falls that cascades with sparkling turquoise water.\n\nBefore went to the waterfalls we first stopped for breakfast to eat Laos sandwiches, called khao gee.\nTotal price - 55,000 LAK ($6.61)\n\nKuang Si Waterfall - It’s a must visit when you’re in Luang Prabang, but our plan was to go as early as possible and beat the main crowd. And it worked. We had breakfast and continued on to the falls - it takes about 45 minutes or so to drive there. Kuang Si Waterfalls are absolutely spectacular, but they can get extremely busy in the afternoon.\nPrice - 20,000 LAK ($2.40) per person\n\nLunch at Laos goat restaurant - For lunch we wanted to try something a little different, and we asked out driver to take us to a goat restaurant. Goat is typically eaten in the evening in Laos, but this place happened to be open for lunch.
